TELL ME TUESDAY #165

LAST. NOW. NEXT.
NUMBER ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE
TELL ME TUESDAY is a floating feature, depending on your reading style, where you tell us what you read last, what you are reading now, what you will be reading next from your tbr pile, and why. I am curious why people read what they read, so tell me!

It's about a mother/daughter roadtrip and I am loving it at 15% in.

I am still having problems reading this as a physical copy. I have gotten too used to ebooks. I've read a page or two here and there, and I think it is going to be a good story once I get into it. I don't feel too guilty because it was an unsolicited ARC.

Just in case I don't finish The Lauras before October this will be my first Halloween ZombieThon book. Let's hope it is good because I will be giving away the physical ARC the author sent me, and a knit hat emblazoned with the Monsterland logo, on my ZombieThon introduction post Saturday, September 30th.

This post was extremely late because Baz Manchild is almost finished with the last Divergent series book and he asked me to pull standalone, non-dystopic, Adult Lit choices for him from my shelves; so after work I pulled about fifteen titles, took photos, and compiled a list with links to post here. When he got home from work I showed him the books and read a few of the flap summaries to him, and then he asked about THE BLACK WITCH because I had asked his opinion (as a biracial person) about couple of things after I had won it, and saw all the angst and non-read one star ratings from the Twitter mob on Goodreads. So, he took the ARC of that and a review copy I was sent of LAST CALL AT THE NIGHTSHADE LOUNGE. Neither one was in the pile of books I pulled for him. Ha ha. He is going to decide which one to read tomorrow. All that work for nothing...
What are you reading? Tell me!
